Hair health fanatic and stylist to the stars Helen Reavey developed Act+Acre to help us understand the science behind long-lasting locks. From seed to scalp, Act+Acre’s never-before-used Cold Processed system means it can harness a higher potency of its plant-powered goodness and abandon traditional heat-based production. And the goods just keep coming… Meet the Showerhead Replacement Filter, an attachment that’ll take your hair and scalp health to the next level.

Kiss goodbye to the drying effects of hard water and say hello to your healthiest locks yet with Act+Acre’s Showerhead Replacement Filter.

Created to replace the brand’s universal Shower Filter (sold separately), this shower must-have purifies contaminants (like unwanted metals, chlorine and impurities) to improve the health of your scalp and hair. How does it work? Simply place it into your showerhead and wash away. It makes the water softer and much kinder on your skin, crown and strands… resulting in stronger-looking, shinier locks. It really is a bathroom hero for anyone and everyone.

Transparency lies at the heart of our philosophy which is why we have partnered with tech-platform – Provenance – to cut through the industry ‘noise’ and equip you with key facts that matter. A ‘proof point’ with a green tick means a third party has verified the accuracy of the statement whereas no green tick means that there isn’t independent confirmation (yet!), but that the brand has still supplied substantiating evidence (which you can view yourself).
