Flex your flow with Bala The Wavy Mat, a sculpted base designed to bring a softer, more fluid feel to your routine.

Shaped with gentle curves, this mat offers a fresh take on a traditional base, supporting stretching, Pilates and low-impact sessions. A cushioned layer helps keep things comfortable underfoot, while the smooth, non-slip surface is designed to stay steady as you move. Easy to roll out and reposition, it fits into your day whether you have five minutes or a full session.

Use the mat with the smooth side down for grip and the textured side up, cleaning it with a 1:20 mixture of vinegar and water.
