Brush through clean, dry brows in short, upward strokes. Let set. Pro tip: If you have thicker brow hair, use the flat backside of the applicator to load more colour as needed. Pro tip: If you have thinner brows, wipe the brush side of the applicator on the back of your hand or a tissue to reduce excess product, then brush through brows to create a sleek glazed look. Pro tip: Apply Precisely, My Brow Pencil first to shape brows and fill in sparse areas.
