Dr. Barbara Sturm Darker Skin Tones Hyaluronic Serum 30ml

Informed by her daily work as an aesthetic doctor and her scientific research, Dr. Barbara Sturm collaborated with the Golden Globe-winning actress Angela Bassett to formulate a luxury skin care range tailored to the essential dermatological needs and characteristics of skin of colour. The collection combines state of the art scientific advances with nature and its potent active ingredients nourish the skin, reduce inflammation and hyper-pigmentation, and even the skin tone, while minimising pores and helping to prevent breakouts. Blended with complexion-refining lumicol, this Hyaluronic Serum lends the skin a smoother appearance for a more even and balanced skin tone.

Scientifically designed to meet the needs of darker skin tones, this reformulation of the cult classic is blended with lumicol to lend the skin a smoother appearance and create a more even skin tone. Long and short-chain Hyaluronic Acid provides an intensive moisturisation boost with an instant refreshing effect, helping to diminish the appearance of fine lines. Purslane, the youth-restoring ingredient that was developed specially by Dr. Sturm, activates the skin’s own anti-oxidant defence system, combats inflammation and protects sensitive cell membranes against free radical attack. In combination with the active ingredient lumicol, which improves the complexion, it adds radiance to the skin and lends it a more refined and glowing appearance. The serum develops its special moisturising powers most effectively if it is used as an intensive course of treatment over a period of one to three weeks.
