Escentric Molecules M+ Molecule 01 Eau de Toilette – Mandarin

From game-changing parfumier, Escentric Molecules – whose innovative scents defied the rules and spawned a legion of evangelists – comes the phere-nomenal ‘M+’ collection: an edit of scents that meld all of the signature magic with singular notes to enhance your allure. Developed by enfant terrible of the fragrance world – globally celebrated ‘nose’ Geza Schoen – these anti-perfume perfumes blend the subtlety and potency of Iso E Super (most commonly used as an ‘anchor’ in typical head-heart-base fragrances) with your choice or Iris, Patchouli or Mandarin. Just be warned… the allure of these scents is intense (they should come with a strict ‘social distancing’ warning).

Marrying Iso E Super’s distinctive, elusive allure (it’s akin to a comforting hug) with the citrusy ‘zing’ of fresh mandarin, Escentric Molecules M+ Molecule 01 + Mandarin Eau de Toilette is a game of two halves…

Delivering an instant hit of zestiness, this opens with a juicy burst of mandarin that radiates to elevate your mood. Fruity and aromatic, it offers an intense initial freshness that evolves towards the mellow, woody warmth of ‘Iso E’ – changing its nature from vividly clean to addictively musky as mandarin dissipates (Schoen’s used multiple mandarin extracts to dial up the brightness and help to extend its longevity). Subtle and slightly erogenous, it’s rare for two notes of this type to be married without extra ‘padding’ – the starkness allows them to sing without clouding their impact, resulting in chic, elevated (and genderless) simplicity. Choose from a full size 100ml, or more travel-friendly 30ml.
