Frédéric Malle Portrait of a Lady Eau de Parfum 30ml

Grandson to Serge Heftler-Louche friend of couturier Christian Dior and the founder of M. Diors range of fine fragrances Frédéric Malle grew up with the concept of scent as the ultimate luxury not to mention a lifetime companion. A perfume publisher, Frédéric collaborates with some of the worlds most esteemed perfumers to elevate and celebrate the art of fragrance formulation rejecting convention to cultivate scents that surprise and delight with their difference. With profound knowledge of every step of perfumery from creation to composition, manufacturing to packaging design Frédéric has built an eponymous range that is thoughtful, evocative, timeless, and elegant; consider these the classics of the future.

Evoking elegance and poise, Frédéric Malles Portrait of a Lady has the timeless grace of icons through the ages from Henry James protagonist to Princess Grace of Monaco. Think: stylish silhouettes and an innate sophistication with an underlying spirit of rebellion.

Striving to capture the essence of the wearer from her bearing to her gaze, her cool serenity and confidence Portrait of a Lady redefines what lady means. There’s nothing reserved or aloof about this heady medley of Turkish rose (400 flowers per 100ml bottle), patchouli, sandalwood, and frankincense instead, this daring blend is full of character and derring-do: a perfume for a modern muse, whether she’s in jeans or swathed in taffeta. Bound by a beautifully balanced accord of crisp blackcurrant, warm clove and raspberry, this fragrance is brimming with character, charm and a whisper of sex appeal this is rosy but not as you know it.
