ICONIC London Fuller Pout Sculpting Liner Liner 1.03g (Various Shades)

First earning our affection with their ingenious mists and highlighters, ICONIC London has since ventured into the realm of blushes, bronzers, brow products and now the Fuller Pout Sculpting Lip Liner — an ultra-precise wooden pencil here to define, shape and outline the shape of your lips whilst boasting long-wearing colour that won’t smudge or budge. Mwah!

Offering ‘your-lips-but-better’ colour and smudge-proof definition to your favourite lip combo, the Fuller Pout Sculpting Lip Liner glides with ease, whether your seasoned pro or newbie.

Available in six flattering shades for all skin tones, this innovative pencil is infused with specialised lip enhancing peptides which help you create the illusion of fuller lips — no fillers necessary! Nothing worse than moisture-sucking liners, that’s why this hydration-locking pencil is also powered by hyaluronic filling spheres to alleviate any drying discomfort as it deposits colour. We have the blend of natural waxes and oils to thank for its velvety smooth texture and high-impact finish. Kissing booth anyone?

Outline your lips starting at the top and cupids bow, down to the corners. For a naturally fuller effect, draw slightly over the edge of your lip line.

Use the sponge on the other end to gently buff the line to create a softer, naturally voluminous-looking pout.

Wear alone as an all over lip colour, or under your favourite lipstick or lip gloss for added definition, and to increase the longevity of your lip look.

Transparency lies at the heart of our philosophy which is why we have partnered with tech-platform – Provenance – to cut through the industry ‘noise’ and equip you with key facts that matter. A ‘proof point’ with a green tick means a third party has verified the accuracy of the statement whereas no green tick means that there isn’t independent confirmation (yet!), but that the brand has still supplied substantiating evidence (which you can view yourself).
