OUAI Curl Crème Travel Size 74ml

Founded in 2016 by stylist to the stars Jen Atkin, OUAI (that’s pronounced ‘way’) translates to ‘yes’. Encouraging you to say yes to letting go of unrealistic expectations and embracing imperfections, the brand offers an alternative to the one-size-fits-all approach to hair care. The Curl Crème Travel Size (74ml) really is a curl’s best friend, providing definition, shine and serious hydration.

Need a curl-quenching styling cream that hydrates, defines and enhances shine? Cue OUAI’s Curl Crème Travel Size (74ml).

At the heart of this formula is a duo of chia and linseed oils to help accentuate your curls. What else? Coconut oil delivers a heavy hit of hydration and supports damaged cuticles, while babassu oil softens and adds shine. That’s not all; the brand’s beloved North Bondi scent completes this clever cream with zesty notes of bergamot and lemon. To craft their Curl Crème, the team at OUAI turned to 150 curly-haired experts for help. With this wealth of hair care knowledge behind them and over a year of testing to perfect the formula, they’ve created a curl-quenching styling cream that aims to hydrate, define and enhance shine.

On wet hair: To prevent breakage, section and detangle your hair using a wide-tooth comb (stay away from bristle brushes because they can disrupt your curl pattern). Start with a pea-sized amount of Curl Crème and evenly distribute it with your fingers. Its creamy formula will melt into your curls like an oil. Comb through each section using your fingers to ensure the product covers every curl. Leave to dry.

On dry hair: Apply Curl Crème sparingly and directly to your curls to help add definition and smooth flyaways.

Transparency lies at the heart of our philosophy which is why we have partnered with tech-platform – Provenance – to cut through the industry ‘noise’ and equip you with key facts that matter. A ‘proof point’ with a green tick means a third party has verified the accuracy of the statement whereas no green tick means that there isn’t independent confirmation (yet!), but that the brand has still supplied substantiating evidence (which you can view yourself).
