Sun Bum Cool Down After Sun Lotion

With headquarters split between Florida and California, the sun-savvy squad at Sun Bum know a thing or two about the many joys – and perils – of a sun-drenched climate… Serendipitously formed after the founders made a formula to shield their friends and family from harmful sun exposure, the brand has grown to champion a ‘work less, live more’ philosophy – encouraging fulfilment and a meaningful existence, full of fun and spontaneity, as well as climate consciousness (the formulas are vegan-friendly, reef safe and completely free from parabens, sulphates and gluten).

Like a crisp glass of icy cold rosé for hot summer skin, Sun Bum’s Cool Down After Sun Lotion is brimming with vitamin E to repair and replenish without leaving limbs feeling greasy.

You know that holiday feeling? You’ve lounged by the pool for the last seven hours and now you’ve come in for a shower – you’re clean, smelling fuuuuhresh, your hair’s wrapped in a towel and you’re ready to change into one of the ten shoulder-baring ‘essentials’ you crammed in your suitcase? This after sun lotion is that in a bottle – a cooling, conditioning cocktail of aloe and comforting cocoa butter, to wrap you with summery scent as it soothes and replenishes tight, post-sun skin. Bursting with free radical-scavenging antioxidants, as well as being vegan, hypoallergenic and completely free from gluten, parabens and cruelty, this helps to reduce any redness and leave your limbs feeling cocooned in a nourishing, non-greasy veil.

Transparency lies at the heart of our philosophy which is why we have partnered with tech-platform – Provenance – to cut through the industry ‘noise’ and equip you with key facts that matter. A ‘proof point’ with a green tick means a third party has verified the accuracy of the statement whereas no green tick means that there isn’t independent confirmation (yet!), but that the brand has still supplied substantiating evidence (which you can view yourself).
