Maison Margiela REPLICA From the Garden Candle 165g

Famed for his cutting-edge collections, Belgian designer Martin Margiela launched his eponymous house in the late 80s, garnering fans with his irreverent twist on tradition. With his first fragrance, Untitled, launching in 2010, Maison Margiela Perfume has since spawned a swathe of unexpected scents which recollect specific points in time. The From the Garden Candle (165g) is inspired by master perfumer Olivier Cresp’s memories of spending his childhood outside with his father. Starring notes of mandarin, tomato leaf and patchouli, this is an earthy and freshly scented candle that has a burn time of 40 hours.

Maison Margiela’s From the Garden Candle (165g) brings a joyful atmosphere and an evocative scent straight into your humble abode.

Boasting 40 hours of burn time, this home fragrance takes you on an olfactive journey through nature. Opening with notes that are reminiscent of picking ripe vegetables, this fragrance calls on fresh tomato leaf accords and bright, citrusy tones from green mandarin and grapefruit. The uplifting tones are contrasted with earthy and humid qualities that spicy patchouli and sweet-minty geranium brings. Let the aromatics of this invigorating scent linger throughout your home to enjoy.

When using for the first time, let the candle burn for at least one hour until all the wax on the surface has melted, this will help the candle melt uniformly on the next burn. Reposition the candle wick after blowing out the candle and trim between usage (to a length of three to five millimetres).
