Relieve muscle tension and feel your stress melt away with The Nue Co.’s sublime Magnesium Ease, a lavender and arnica-infused magnesium body spray. Alkalising the body, magnesium helps to restore the body’s natural pH balance, reducing lactic acid, which is partly responsible for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (aka, post-exercise pain!) A necessary electrolyte for proper hydration, magnesium also helps to hydrate the body, minimising tightness and cramping. Used medicinally for centuries, arnica oil is great for treating the pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, pains and sprains, while lavender oil imparts a blissful, tension-relieving scent. Three sprays will deliver 40 mg of magnesium absorbed through the skin, best sprayed directly onto areas of tension such as wrists, soles of feet, backs of knees of for general relaxation. Great at your desk, before bed, or when you’re stuck on a plane.
